I Would like to convey my sincere appreciation to Xiao En for making a good final journey for my late Mother recently. Never expect the whole process is so pleasant and perfectly carry out with a very classy, elegant yet maintaining the tradition. Im Glad that My mom final journey ended with such a pride and all the love and respect surround her. It exceeded my expectation as I recently attended a family funeral by another Big funeral company. Thanks Karen and Meng for being there for me when I need them and going extra miles to solve every of my problems. Feeling stable as if Im having an assistant by my side. This is very important as Im young and inexperience yet wanted to make sure her final journey to be highest standard. Thankful for Xiao En to carry out this important journey of her life

Id like to express my highest gratitude for making the funeral of my aunt & uncle a success. It was ran smoothly, all the Xiao En crew were professional and well trained in handling grieving occasion like ours, despite the challenges and hiccups. Thanks for giving my aunt & uncle a honourable sent-off with dignity, it meant a lot to the family.
