I'm writing this on behalf of my husband as he doesn't have FB account, last week he spent quite a considerable long amount of time to research online to search regarding coating for his car. Came across G Guard website, and he felt that the website is very informative and easy navigation throughout. One evening he decided to contact the mobile number given on the site and was advised to download an app. Just to note it was rather late just a few minutes past midnight. The phone was handled by Mr Andy Koh, which later he discovered that he's actually the GM for the company. Manage to get a slot that morning .and was handled really well by office staff Wanie. They accommodate all my requirement and the fluidity of the service is impeccable. The car was done the very same day around 3 pm and I couldn't be much happier with the results. I opted for the Hybrid Coating and added Windshield and all window coating. On top of that, he still offers me the promotion price even though stated ended on the website. I have to say that a good work ethics if shown by top level management, will trickle down line. Excellent customer service and double thumbs up for G Guard. Would definitely recommend for anyone.
