This is one of the older fitness first branch ard the city. Hence the machine abit dated but overall well maintained . The technogym machines here have enough weight for leisure and pro body builder. For example the technogym upper back machine and low row machines equipped with weights max at 95kg and 125kg. As compared to the newer branch in this city , for both machines the max weight was abt 65kg. (I believe this was due to cost cutting) . I would rather come here for training then go to the one at the gardens , mid valley.

had planned to register here. but the receptionist was very rude. i know la u guys are having many customers. but y be sombong? the price are really *inappropriate words*.. better buy gym equipment and build gym at home.. cheaper..
