Airpak/BBB servis mcm haram jadah..selagi annie yg pgang top management utk hub sitiawan mmg jahanam la company korg..dgn servis delivery lambat,PR out,gaji staf pun liat nk bayar..bila mtk direct dia jwb ptg la,esok la,lusa la..last2 smpai ke sudah x bayo..kalo staf wasap mtk gaji dia blnje bluetick je..hrp muke je lawa tp penipu..dah la customer asyk kne tipu dgn ko,ni dgn staf pun ko nk tipu jgk ke??pundey la u annie..

Very bad service..!!!brg DH hampir seminggu tp xsmpi2..bila call custemor service layanan sgt biadap..lbh baik ttp shja company..

My parcel send out and was not reach since 29/1/19 until todate 8/2/19,call since 30/1/19 noone pick up phone call,KL airpak given me one contact by name call Rosli and he claim is very jammed thats why not delivered,is this call express service?

COMPLAIN of very very very lousy service.

Airpak Express - should change i's name to Airpak Lambat ! or Airpak Lousy Express.

I have call Airpak office twice for my parcel which was send pick up in PJ on the 03.01.2019-(Tracking no.200221850091)

- I was told the do not have transport coming to our area in Klang.

I email my complain to Airpak Express there is no reply from them..

Today is the 15.01.2019 and still no delivery from Airpak Lousy service..
