Chose to see Dr Tai because of his credentials. Despite appointment, still have to wait for 2 hours. He came very late and only started seeing patients after being in the room for one whole hour. (doing what?) I spent only a few minutes with him. All explanations were done by his assistant who's not a qualified doctor. He did not examine my knees. Only looked at the xray and advised me to try physio, then try the Orthovisc injection and go for surgery if it's not effective. I don't know why and how anyone can call him a caring doctor. HIs attitude is really bad and he treats his patients like dirt. He doesn't seem to know that not only his time is precious.

Dr Tai is an excellent doctor and he genuinely care for his patients. I undergo double knee replacement with Dr. Tai and even with some complication in my left knee which could not be seen with the MRI, Dr. Tai did an excellent job within four weeks. I can drive and walk well now!
