Feel so grateful to stay in Yi Xin for the past month, I had a very relaxing time there. Environment is clean and quiet, very suitable for having a real good rest there. The management team, nannies, cooking aunty, housekeeping team, everyone are experience, professional, friendly and caring. Confinement Centre practices aimed in helping new mum to recover from the rigors of pregnancy, labor and giving birth to newborn.
New mum and newborn are to be confinement because they are effectively quarantined at home. Traditionally, they are not encouraged to have visitors apart from family members.
The confinement practices is to support the new mom and help her recover from childbirth as well as regain her physical and emotional strength.
For a Malaysian Chinese mom, the confinement period last for a whole month from the day of delivery. In some cases, some mothers may choose to extend their confinement period in certain situations to receive more help and care to recover from a cesarean section.
In every community, the confinement period is the time for new mom to rest and avoid any physical work.
Confinement Centre usually provide lodgings, confinement meals and confinement ladies an nurses on hand to help.

坐月子对女人来说是非常重要，所以我筛选陪月中心都会鸟一些（个人挑剔嘛）... 我不后悔在这里渡过我做女王的日子（一个月好像少了些，哈哈哈）... 因为他们给了我舒适的感觉而且非常有私人空间（还是一样，我比较有洁癖.. 哈哈）
食物方面呢……我也非常满意，天天有惊喜！原来还有这样多样化的食物，恕我古老寡闻（我还以为来来去去都那几样菜），原来不！哈哈哈.... 贪吃的我，觉得非常满意，而且不曾饿（每餐都很大份)！
至于照顾宝宝方面，我更加要给予赞扬... 护士和保姆都非常专业，而且和我有良好的沟通交流。教我如何照顾我的小宝贝、如何正确的喂母乳、如何按摩来加奶（羞羞）... 强力推荐！
