I'm happy with thomson hospital service. Starting from I admitted from ground floor up until doctor level all is well. Very excellent service. All staff very helpful,very friendly,very caring. All the doctors explanation also very clear. I will repeat using this hospital service

Extremely terrible service and system from Emergency to Ward to Reception.

My wife waited more than 12hrs for fractured forearm surgery, surgery only began at 1am so they charge extra for Overtime. Total of more than 30hrs without food and drink and no liquid dripping since before and after surgery. The post anesthesia was more 24hrs causing vomiting and continuously sleeping. Discharge day, we were asked to wait for more than 5hrs and again delay for another 4 to 5 hrs or otherwise pay another RM500 deposit. Worst Hospital in Klang Valley. Think twice.....
