Claim businessThe opening of Tenby International School (TIS), Miri marked the first time that international education became available to both expatriates and Malaysians living in Miri. Tenby Schools was selected by Sarawak Shell Berhad to start an international school in Miri to provide international school education to the community of Miri, Sarawak. TIS Miri currently offers classes from Early Years up to Secondary, and moved to purpose-built new facilities in Senadin in September 2013.

Four of the five Tenby Schools are each formed by an international school and a Malaysian private school. While our international schools have adopted such curricula as the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), our Malaysian private schools are based on the curriculum prescribed by the Ministry of Education Malaysia but approached in our unique, international way that lets students experience the best of both worlds.
