There s a lot of cardio machines. You dont have to worry about have to squeeze in machines for workout ! We will organize different kind of classes such as spin class, yoga, boxing, Zumba and so on. For those less inclined towards classes, personal trainers are on hand to tailor specific programmes to meet individual needs and motivate you to reach your target.Lastly the only gym in Malaysia that provides healthy meal for their members.

Its such a qood place for workout. Many equipments and facilities. But unfortunately, just got information from the staff, they will close and shut down the business start from 1.11.2016. And I will miss this gym very much
