Today is the worst experience i have had. Arrive at the ER at 1pm and as i am typing this feedback (10.20pm) my son have yet to be sent to the room regardless the it was ready by 6pm. The reason was ER unable to contact the specialist for some paperwork handover. This is not the first time we have been simillar situation (rooms seems to be scarse nowadays) but today's definitly the worst and i had it. We'll be looking elsewhere. It's a pity that we have been visiting this hospital for more than 10 years. My family member's doctors are all here and some of them has become friends. Bye bye SJMC! 1* for the good memories

Best hospital ever, all the doctors that I had experience with are highly intelligent and polite. It's expensive though

Very bad experience with the service of physiotherapist at SDMC Subang Jaya.Physiotherapists are not specialised and not caring and left the patient (me) unattended throughout the neck traction therapy machine and only later noticed by other physiotherapist (after 20min)that it is not properly done. Overall "CIINCAI & SAMBIL LEWA" service and caused me more suffering.

Very, vey, very disappointed with the Colorectal Surgeon, Dr Tharmaraj T Renganathan.Totally NOT recommend this specialist. He is not sensitive with patients' sickness and won't explain on what you curious the most especially when you're in dire need of detail information about the postsurgical effects. He has very good first impression, but please don't fool yourself! Lesson learned is always go for second opinion, but in my case, I don't trust him anymore!

For medical care if you need it while in Kuala Lumpur... this Medical Center gets high marks from me... I have been traveling and doing business in Malaysia for over 15 years. I have had a few occasions during that time where either myself, my spouse or in one case a work colleague from the US, have needed medical attention while in Malaysia, both on an emergency care and admitted basis. The service has always been quick, the support staff are efficient and professional and the doctors are caring and explain their findings very well. Generally trained and qualified in the UK and/or Singapore. Top notch care. In addition, the cost is quite reasonable compared to western countries
