Not satisfied at all. I want to do internet banking and the step is easy but YOU, the staff and the system make it hard. I just want my effing temporary user id to register my effing account, and you should tell me in the first place that your internet banking system will be down. I waited for 2 effing hours and at that time I should work. Gotta many files to run. I know you guys are working, but for God sake I'm working too. But I sacrificed my 2 hours for nothing. Then I call again today, your staff said I need to go back to this damn bank, and need to do from the start. He blamed me for not confirming yesterday. HELLOOO! Your staff told me your system was down yesterday, didn't you take note?? Why you didn't know your system was down yesterday? So funny la you. Then you want to blame your client? Before you accusing me not to do confirmation, do your note first! I need to redo my application for just a damn saving account. I only want one thing, just ONE EFFING THING, which is that stupid temporary user id. So when I get that user id, I can complete my internet banking registration. Why is that so hard? Shame on you, PB! Do other initiative that easy for you and us, so we both can save our time. Can you just make it easy for your client, for God sake! IF I can give you zero, I will do that already. So disappointed and such a nuisance! Hope you guys improve la. Don't want this shit to happen again.
