If you are doing your professional papers, they may be more rigid in terms of exam dates as to when you can sit for your papers. 2. Pay structure is lowest among the big4. Advice to Management Look into revising the pay structure to match the other firms and adapt some flexibility in allowing employees to decide on their own as to when they can sit for papers.
