Last year I made an appointment to spay a stray cat. After all the effort to get the cat into the crate and driving there I traffic jam early morning, found the clinic closed with a notice on the shuttered door saying doctor had gone on maternity leave. Whatsapped the number to ask if they couldn't have called to cancel my appointment. Not even a response, never mind an apology. So unprofessional, never ever going back there or recommending them.
