Pergi sini hari ni tapi kena palau dengan salah satu staf dekat cashier, hari ni saya tanya tentang member card dan staf tu tidak jawab pertanyaan saya, staf tu buat saya tak selesa sebab saya rasa seperti dimarahi. overall the customer service is not good, but I really love this store because it's close and has a lot of books that I want
