“I wish I had fed Inu San, my Pug on Science Plan when I first got him two years ago. Now after a mere 5 weeks on Science Plan Lamb & Rice his hair coat has transformed to become more smoother and softer and the unsightly patches are gone. Thank you, Science Plan.” See more at: http://petscorner.com.my/pets/customer testimonials/#sthash.ZxPYlQuy.dpuf

I am a Doctor of Psychology from London, I attended this vet in early 2014! I found the service from the staff deplorable. Over the 10 times I visited to address my puppy's kennel cough I was confronted by a different fee structure on each occasion, each staff was unaware of what I had been charged the previous day for the twice daily injections. Once would make sense but when I was attending twice a day for 10 days this became ridiculous! This was frustrating and I was not apologized to on either of these occasions when I had to reiterate I was being paid the incorrect fee. Infact I was told I was to blame.I then saw the 'old guy' who had established the place, Dr Shiva. He was rude and appeared to be loosing his cognitive functioning due to age, he was forgetful, confronting and referred to another vet's opinion who hadn't seen my dog. He told me at one point that I 'shouldn't touch my dog as I was giving it bad energy'. This was highly offensive and clearly as a vet who has apparently written on 'dogs feelings' has no idea of how to provide constructive feedback. Initially he told me I would have to attend for 5 days, then this changed to 7 and then 10, he appeared to not know what he was doing. Other staff there would regularly have difficulty giving my dog an injection on one occasion the injection slipped out and on another they used a very large needle which when the dog tried to move he inappropriately stabbed it into the air and the injection fluid went all over the table. The surgery itself is an unhygienic place with clearly a policy to not maintain hygienic standards. Very unsanitary. I would not return again. If I could provide zero stars I would.
