Penang Adventist Hospital

Overall a 3 rating because some areas it is good and in some areas it is worse. Quality of doctors and treatment is good. Reception is bad. Initial checkup is a waste of time. Very expensive. No grievance redressal mechanism. Money first so what kind of service to God is this? Locals are given consessions but not foreigners.

I want to give a compliment for the doctors, nurses, nutritionist, therapist in Adventist Penang Hospital. They are very nice, kind, patience, informative. All of them are not rude, nor cocky in taking care of the patient. All of their treatment and service are way different from what i usually get in my home country, jakarta-Indonesia. My whole family is very satisfied. Now i am not talking about the system of management here because everyday i saw a very crowded waiting area. I highly recommended this hospital especially for bypass surgery which my mom had experienced here. Thank you all
