Mohd Noh was trained by local firm of Kassim Chan & Co. now Deloilte and was with Negeri Sembilan State Developement Corporation before setting up of MN+CO in 1980. MN was active in Institutes activities, Chamber of Commerce and National Sport organization as below :

• Council member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants representing Ministry of Finance and also sat in Public Practice, Taxation Practice, Disciplinary Appeal Board, Disciplinary Committee, Joint MIA-MICPA Insolvency Practice
• Executive Committee of Malay Chamber of Commerce, Malaysia
• ACCA Malaysia Advisory Committee
• Council member of Association of International Accountants, UK
• President of Association of Malay Chartered Accountants Firm (AMCAF)
• Treasurer Malaysian Rugby Union

Panel ships as auditors, accountants and receiver and manager and liquidators include PNS, Prosper, Auditor General Office, Cooperative Commission of Malaysia, Danaharta, Ministry of Housing and Local Government.

Mohd Noh hold audit license and liquidators’ license issued by Treasury and Tax agents license issued by Inland Revenue Board, Malaysia.
