Aku tak berapa pandai bab property ni. Aku dok syok tgk tanah lot murah nak bt rumah. P la jumpa loyer Rozakiah ni dh kwn rekomen. Dia terang kt aku satu2 sampai aku fhm. Aku baru tau tanah lot ni risiko tinggi. Nk bt loan tak boleh, geran bkn aku pgg. Nk juai lg la tak boleh. Tp tu lah, nak beli rumah baru mahai pulak. Sabaq dlu la sat. Apa pun loyer zakiah ni mmg terbaik aku ckp.
