Pros: Great staff, prompt buggy service, nice poolside and beachside lounging.
Cons: Loud critters, mosquitoes circling right outside door waiting to attack. The rooms are in 8-suite blocks but for some reason when a doorbell rings in another unit it's so loud you'd think it's your own. Worst of all, the room has a skylight that shines you awake, which was horrible for a super light sleeper like myself. What's the point of having blackout curtains when you design your rooms like that?

The resort is nicely remote, directly at the beach. It's large but able to create a personal feel to it. We had a room directly at the beach. The hotel facilities particularly for kids are outstanding. The not so good experience is the food for both breakfast and dinner at the CBA. Also, there is a particular group of staff which is unacceptably lazy and for a resort of that price and standard a shame. We were met at the pool bar by 4 staff not greeting nor asking what we would like.. When approached 1 specific individual he was busy with his phone even after we made a point
