did help lose a bit weight but I think it's more because they force you to go on very strict diet, not so much the treatment itself. I continued with a few more treatment package but don't really see much result after that. Atmosphere is nice and feel relaxed during treament, especially like the detox one. But the result is not worth the price, can diet yourself without paying for those treatments and get equal results.
