I had 2 treatment session with 2 doctors in this clinic and they are both great. They listen to the patience very well and try to figure out the root cause but not giving medication immediately.

Service are very slow! Very expensive on such a lousy medicines given! The medicine given are not that good,it's not even worth it. After taken 3 days,I'm still not feeling better (fever),even they know I had bad flu/cold but they're only gave me one medicine -less effective one,and there's NO flu medicine the one that should be taken on night time given. N NO antibiotics.

The facilities was okay but the service was very poor...the staff there was nice and the clinics provide/offer more medicines than any other clinics so far which is good...

Doctor Usha is very good. She helped "cured" my enzyme problem which have been haunting me for almost 10 years. As those who know enzyme, you can't really cure it but you can keep it under controlled. My affected area was at my front of my lower leg, covering an area of about 9 x 10 cm (oval shape). Within 2 weeks, I followed Doctor's Usha's instructions and the inflamed patch had shown significant improvement and slowly back to normal skin tone within about a month plus. I've gone to see one dermatologist and other GPs but none of them managed to help me. Tonight (18/4/2016) I brought my son to see Dr. Srikar because he's having fever and flu and cough. I checked my son's temperature at 7.15pm was 39.1 degree, using Dotory forehead infrared thermometer. Quickly I gave him paracetamol. When he saw Doctor Srikar at around 8pm-ish, Doctor Srikar used another forehead infrared thermometer to take my son's temperature and he told me he's got no fever. I thought the paracetamol is working. But when I reached home about 8.45pm and took his temperature again using my own thermometer, and his temperature was still 38.0 degree. My point is the clinic MUST use reliable thermometer because this will lead to wrong diagnosis. My comparison is definitely apple to apple as a forehead infrared thermometer with another of a different brand. In fact, the most accurate temperature thermometer should be an ear thermometer. Please make sure the clinic can get a good and functioning thermometer.

Very fast response by Dr Rasool during enquiry. Arrangement for the appointment was made by the Dr himself. Got the H1N1 vaccination for my 16month old daughter, cost at RM70. Good service.
