I sent an abandoned cat , who came to the house for food, to the hospital for help because the cat was in bad shape. The vet only gave was medn for worm , & fleece ( to do at home) & cream for a wound . My son was asked to bring her home.

The cat was really weak with diarrhoea & not eating or drinking.

I went back to send the cat.

Paid deposit for the cat to be admitted & to be checked thoroughly.

What i upset about is the the attitude of the receptionist & veterinarians towards customers!

They should not work there if they dont like the job.

Dont pass your ugly attitude to customers please

The vets are quite rude too .

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE!!! Whilst we are experiencing this pandemic and being in a crowded area is not encouraged, Gasing vet pj seemed to have lost the memo! Appt made an absolute FARCE! Being made to wait over an hour is bad enough but common courtesy to inform that they have emergency cases so the wait time will be longer DOES NOT EXIST here!!! GIVE PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESCHEDULE is the most decent thing to do but NOT ACCORDING TO SENIOR VET, MELISSA AU!!! I TRULY CANNOT STAND THE GOD COMPLEX SOME OF THESE VETS HOLD THEMSELVES UP TO!!! As a pet owner, both our fur babies and we are already in distress about the pet's condition without having to ENDURE these asinine retorts from staff and vets alike!!! The WORST vet I have ever encountered!

I brought my cat during lockdown. Dr Ada saw her and her advice and experience seemed very sound. There were a mix of vets I saw although most looked quite young. They have all round services and are open daily, an advantage due to their numbers. They also have emergency services, I think. The phone, is always engaged, although one vet mans it for questions. They prob need an extension for non clinical queries, to be answered by an experienced admin clerk for appointments and the like.

There is also a grooming centre cum pet shop down the road, which is handy.

I am happy with this centre so far.

I like the interacial feel although I didn't see any malay vets.

This clinic is well equipped with good vets and equipment, but the support staff (especially the front desk staff) need to be taught how to deal with clients. They are uninterested and plain rude. I'm not sure why the owners of the place are not doing anything about this very apparent problem. Better do something before you start losing clients.

I hv been going to this clinic the past 3 years or so and have had both my doggies spayed there. All in all i have little to complain about. I ve met and consulted with most of the vets there and think that they re genuine when it comes to attending to my girls' problems. It's a pity Dr Goh has left; he handled my German Shepherd very well and she liked him. My only complaint is that the upstairs floor is tick infested.

Dr Prem has always taken care of our cats very well, whatever the problem, and Dr Aw also took very good care of our kitten with a broken leg. Highly recommend them for treatment of any animals with any ailments.

Excellent service... My dog, though a stray and suspected having distemper, the clinic agreed to see her when other clinics has turned her down. Dr Lam was very patient to explain step by step. Keep up the good work!
