- For destinations within state of Malaysia, delivery charge will depend on size and weight of package.
- A levy of 50% from the value of package will be charged for cancellation of any order.
- A minimum fee of RM 10 plus any additional charge for product touch up will be imposed for re-deliveries or re-route to any new address.

- If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refund is allowed as the ordered items will be considered as delivered.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the flower we delivered, within 1 day of delivery shipment, you may return the items you purchased from leewahflorist.com for a refund if the return is a result of our error. In order to process your return, do provide us your information in details.
