Lawrence Pereira & Partners is a firm with a practice that is primarily in the area of Insurance Law.

Prior to its formation in 1996, the various partners were practicing under the name of L. Pereira & Associates, a firm which was established in 1989. Our Managing Partner, Mr. Lawrence Pereira co-founded the firm Lawrence Dhillion & Associates, a firm which was established in 1983.

Our practice in respect of civil litigation includes:

1. Advising and representing defendants, or Plaintiffs, as the case may be, in court proceedings;
2. Acting for corporate clients in court proceedings;
3. Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Schemes:
   
   
   • drafting of Alternative Dispute Resolution Schemes;
   • representing a party in Mediation proceedings; and
   • acting as Arbitrators in Insurance Disputes.
