My daughter gave birth to her first born son here. Overall, the experience was ok. The only complaint is that they didn't allow me - her mother - to stay overnight with her and the baby and it was quite difficult for her to take care of him by herself when she had just gone through labour. The nurses were helpful but women were expected to take care of themselves and their babies mainly on their own.
