The medical record department staff is very rude and speaking lazy, I was trying to ask him about his name just for follow things easier, but then he asked me why should he tell me, even i din't provide my name also, then i told him my name, but he directly cut my call without any reply?????

Luckily i call to another, Linda is very patients.
