Helpline for young people (help4u)

help4u is an email counselling service to assist with the emotional, social and personal issues of young people and students between ages 13-25 years.

Users can log on to our website www.help4u.org.my and email us.

This service is free of charge, available 24/7, confidential, and users can remain anonymous. Sponsor is the Penang Institute based in Penang.

It is run by volunteers who receive training on email counselling skills before they can serve.
