I paid for a massage course in January or February 2020 and still has 9 sessions left. i heard that your premisses is closed. is it temporarily or permanent? if it is permanent can I get a refund or use your other branches? Hello Management,

I just back and I want to share my experience in dealing with Healthland Taman Connaught. Last month, I just walk in and after agreed to take oil massage package for 2 hours, I was given a pretty masseur. I really appreciated the way she massage me but before my session finish, the reception come and open the curtain and asked her to finish immediate ask there is another client waiting already. Hence, I think I just walk in, so this might happen. I then just finish my massage session 10 minutes earlier. Before left I ask the masseur her booking no and how to booked her next time.

Last 2 weeks, I call to the reception and my called answer by a lady named Angel do my booking for the Sabahan lady. My session start at 12.15pm and for 2 hours it shall be completed by 2.15pm. But unfortunately, it happen again to me. At 2pm the reception lady come up and asked the masseur that massage me how many minutes more to finish. the reception said she already accept another booking and shall start now (means by 2 pm). Again!!!

SO I just stop my session and after coming down to lobby, the situation become hectic as the masseur try to serve me drinks and get my shoes. I say okay, I get my own shoes. You know when I open the cupboard I only see 3 pairs of shoes. So what happen here? How many masseurs in this branch? why the reception book the masseur that massage me for another person whereby my session yet to complete for another 15 minutes? is this how you teach your reception to cheat your clients. I believe many people face the same problem. My gently advise, please improve this or change the reception to right person who know how to manage customer time. we pay for the service of 2 hours and for every session 15 minutes before end, the reception - Angel come and interrupt and asked the masseur to finish earlier.

To the management, please improved ASAP and hope my future visit the same thing doesn't happen. Please don't cheat your customer 15 minutes on each massage session. Others please comments if you have same problem in Tmn Connaught

My daughters introduce me to Healthland at Connaught Cheras and I have been patronizing them ever since. The staffs are friendly and the therapist are well trained. I have been to a number of others before, but I still find Healthland the best and doing a good job, and have in fact introduce Healthland to my friends. My daughter's loves Healthland too. I love Healthland. Come to experience yourselves.

My family members and I have subscribed Healthland packaging since three years ago. The service of the staff in the front reception are well manners with smiling faces. The service provided by the masseuses are good and they are well trained. The. environment of the place is clean and comfortable. I love Heartland because it is a good place for me to relax and to decrease stress. After a two hours massage, I can sleep well too.

In terms of hygiene and quality of therapists, I think Healthland was quite good. Also the way time was calculated was fair and professional. Although not all the time the therapist was up to standard but majority of the time it was quite good. Some lack of strength and skill, but they might be new. Perhaps should charge newbie and professional differently.

Very good services and massage service I can get in Mahkota Cheras branch. I and my family enjoy the massage package that I sign up since it first launching service here. Until now I still very comfortable with the environment and services. Great to introduce to my friends and my siblings to have Healthland service

I use to visit another massage center cause your center is a bit far for me. Since your opening in Kajang, I just love to go to your Kajang outlet. Hope the staff stays strong forever. Already brought some relatives and friends to your Kajang outlet. Keep up the good work

Have been regular customer for almost 3 years. I have been subscribing to the membership. However, recently the new promo only allows card to be used in a single branch. This is not very convenient. Would like your management to reconsider this especially for loyal customers like myself at least to use in 2 outlets
