She built rapport and trust by giving ideas and suggestions way before the event. I gave her a free hand on the actual day, without any regrets-I loved the outcome of her work! More importantly though, I felt very comfortable working with Elaine because she is humble, respectful and kind at heart. I appreciate all her little kind gestures such as making sure I ate well, keeping me calm and composed, and getting me a can of Malta so that I remain energetic throughout the day. Elaine is a very professional HMUA and at the same time, very sociable and easy to get along with. She works very well under pressure and really did a fantastic job for my big day. She uses good quality make-up and is very patient with ensuring that I achieved the exact look I wanted. Also what I love about her is that shes very proactive & will take her time to recommend hairstyles, accessories & make up styles. I also did a trial session with her (before my big day) which I really recommend as she will take her time to explain what works for your skin tone, face shape, etc. which is extremely useful so that you wont waste time on your big day to figure things out! So with that, Id definitely recommend Elaine to future brides-to-be and your mommies too! P/s: She is also a very punctual person!
