I had a gynecological check-up with Dr Tang every year. I have been her patient for so many years since she started working for Taman Desa Medical Centre. She makes me feel comfortable during consultation.

Dr Tang is friendly and supportive. I am surprise that she can remember everything single things that I told her. I have delivered 2 babies with her. One is natural without epidural, another one is natural with epidural. I like both of the experiences and will definitely go back to her for my third baby in future. One thing bad is that you really have to wait long for every check ups.

According to Dr Tang, one of the myth among women is that birth control pils could damage their reproduction system, which is not true at all. This is one of the reasons that she encourages publish to consult their gynae for clarification in such matter.

recommended by my close friend that Dr Tang is very good and support natural birth + breastfeeding.

So i so excited and can't wait to deliver my baby with her.

everything went fine till when me and hubby went for check up due i got mild pain on stomach for few days and hubby was anxious due this our 1st baby.

They direct us directly go to labour room and check on my contraction. and want me to admit hospital.

we are so happy at first but after waited for 18 hours, only the contraction get stronger but i still feel nothing.. sad.gif

Doc put induce pill for me on next day 930am, we waited for 8 hours and my cervix still not open!!

We started to panic and ask for advice and i also ask for discharge, Dr Tang gv us 3 option:

1,wait again

2,cant discharge the room but can go out for walk and back every 6 hrs

3,direct c section

Due to panic, nervous & anxious, we choosen the no 3 as Doc Tang did mention if natural birth i must take epidural anyway, and remind me that my pelvis is small n bb is around 3.2kg. We are scare is i failed in natural birth and need c-section after that so we choose direct c-section.

after all, i feel so depressed as the mid wife from SJMC told me that actually i still can wait, shouldn't be admit hospital so fast.

I am totally sad once i heard this. Due at first our intention is only for check up on 1st day.

I know i should listen to dr consult. But i really don't see any good feedback of Dr Tang regarding support of natural birth.

She is good as my wound isn't that pain after 4 days and the scar still fine.

But she isn't that good for me as when me & my hubby in that situation, she as a natural birth support Dr should clearly explain more on each selections.

I dont think she is really a natural birth support Dr. She only support if you are good candidate under her.

This is not good advise and consultation session with Dr Tang. I have been shocked by the way how Dr Tang treats patients with pregnancy complication.

My wife did her papsmear test for the past year, and it was ok. Last year, we made an appointment for papsmear, appointment was fixed, and I received an SMS reminding me about the appointment as well. Just few days before the appointment, the clinic called up and forcefully cancel my wife's appointment. Reason given is just because my wife is not pregnant and they only see pregnant ladies on Saturdays. We were totally stunned of the situation, as we have already told her nurse that my wife wanted to do papsmear, and it was the nurse who suggested the date and time (a Saturday), and we confirmed it.I don't care how good people tell me she is on giving birth, the way you handle us (patients) like a nobody is totally un-acceptable.Think of it, what happens if there's any emergency and they just give a stupid to call us off.

NOT RECOMMENDING due to bad attitude and irresponsible. My wife did her papsmear test for the past year, and it was ok. Just few days before the appointment, the clinic called up and forcefully cancel my wifes appointment. Reason given is just because my wife is not pregnant and they only see pregnant ladies on Saturdays. I dont care how good people tell me she is on giving birth, the way you handle us (patients) like we are not important is totally un acceptable. Think of it, what happens if theres any emergency and they just give a stupid to call us off.
