Dr Tan is very friendly, caring n gentle, very understanding, i hv speculum phobia, she didnt force me on doing a pap smear

Dr Tan is very experienced and straightforward. She needs to improve on her social skill especially in replying questions to patients in a more professional and calm manner. She is not the most friendly doctor there is but she knows her stuffs. Waiting time is good unless if she has emergencies.
