Very good, friendly, skilful and knowledgable ob. Delivered my first baby and now we are expecting second one and we are seeing Dr Loo monthly now. She is calm and comforting. If you don't want to wait for too long, send your husband to get the queue number from the hospital early morning like 6.30am, pass to the counter and be at hospital by 7.45am - 8am. You will be able to leave hospital by 9.30am (based on my experience) and it's not that crowded in the morning especially at this critical pandemic moment you don't want to be stuck with the crowd.

* Even though Dr Loo is fast/efficient and you might feel like she is rushing you through but she will attend to all questions you have. Prepare ahead of time on what you want to ask her then ask her when you see her to shorten the visitation duration. She will patiently answer all your doubts.
