Dr. Kok did the cataract surgery on both of my eyes. He is pretty much a straight shooter. Gets straight to the point and does not waste time... I prefer that instead of a long-winded speech. Admittedly it may not sit well with people seeking tons of assurance. Still... His clinic is busy, always packed with people. He is pretty much reasonable... and his fee is affordable. Thank you Dr. Kok and God Bless!

Nurse who answer the call is friendly. But doctor didn't perform lasik here, he only do it in midvalley branch. Cataract surgery is Rm 2200-3200 per eye. The price of the surgery is affordable too. But nurse doesn't have much time to explain more.

I must admit the Dr. Kok Howe Sen charge the lowest rate in Malaysia for Eye Cataract disease. I brought my mom for the treatment last year and he only charges us for RM2200 for each eye. Many old people are queuing and waiting for check up and treatment. You shall expect for at least one hour of waiting. He did made a lot of promise before the treatment and said the eye will very clear after treatment. But, the outcome is very disappointed, one of the eye sight is no improve at all. And he feel angry when we complaint to him, He just said the old people doesn't understand the technology and it is normal to have blur vision due to aging. If it is due to aging, we will not do the treatment in the first place.

5 stars to Dr. Kok (master sifu usually talks only facts, that is why he doesn't explain much, either can be done or not) and 1 starts to the stuffs (I was treated rudely by a lady staff cause I respond slow to her calling-this made me feel like visiting some government departments, and secondly my medical card was misplaced twice during the subsequent visits) My average waiting time is 1.5 hours, only people like Dr. Kok with professional skill can do the surgery and diagnosis simultaneously in perfect timing-hats off to you Dr. Kok and I will be seeing you soon!

Dr Kok is very professional on the eye disease of uveitis and glaucoma. I had my uveitis few years ago, my first doctor told me is it is very serious disease causing me blind if not taking his medicine, giving me steroid to cure ( *inappropriate words*). Went to second doctor telling me nothing serious, just dry eyes (nonsense) causing blurry vision. One month of blurry vision until I met doctor Kok 100% confirmed it is uveitis, throw all my steroid medicine away, giving me eyes drop, come back after 2 weeks. After 1 year of treatment, I'm lucky to kick away uveitis which is still unknown the cause in this modern world. I've met too many of *inappropriate words* doctors, if u have eye problem, come here and check it out, maybe u still unable to identify ur disease but at least u r asking a professional and not pusing pusing doctor. It's quite full during morning and afternoon. Come 1-2hours before closing, just a short wait. I know Dr Kok doesn't like to talk much but he is quite straight to the point. I never heard a doctor telling me he doesn't know why, but doctor Kok will admit it. Short consultation cheaper fee but professional. I'm still going back for check up, he always cheer me up that uveitis is not around.
