Dr Ian is great. Experienced and confident and will go to great lengths to give my kids the best experience. If he doesn't have too many patients, he is happy to spend more time explaining and chatting to parents. Learnt a lot of professional tips from him on how to give my kids medication the most pain-free way (for mummy as well as baby!) Always appreciate his friendliness and his affordable fees. He's getting more popular so waiting time might be slightly longer during busy times, but I don't mind waiting because I know he's giving his best to every patient and to us when it's our turn.

Words will never fully express how thankful we are for Dr. Ian. When my daughter had Kawasaki disease a couple of year ago, Dr. Ian took us in and went out of his way to stay overnight in the hospital to make sure treatment went smoothly. He is the most skilled, caring and attentive doctor that we know of and he gave her the best treatment!nnHe is very knowledgable and accurate in diagnosing and gave very detailed explanations and told us, every step of the way, what treatment options are available. He spent a lot of time and effort to educate, explain and reassure us of her treatment plan. And because he’s so friendly, we were able to talk freely with him :)nnDuring the hospital stay, we also got to see, first hand, how he is able to communicate well with the nurses and other staff in the hospital.
