There are few things patience looks from a doctor 1) Professionalism, Ethics and importantly caregiving.
I met Dr. Hemanth for urology situation. He was a random pick. The moment I stepped into his suite; I can feel the vibe, positive one.
He was full of energy and exude certain warmness that calms you.
Professionalism – Throughout the consultation, he was able to convince me to talk about it, all he did was listen to my story and if I fall back (hide something) he will again talk to me slowly and put me on the saddle! The reason, he wants to know whole picture before he starts the treatments: - to give the best possible treatment, not to extend unnecessary downtime and return visits.
Passionate – from his presentation, interaction with me, I can see and feel his passion in his chosen profession. His words are assuring and most importantly it gave me the confidence to let him treat me to get better, after-all we are talking about one of the most important part of a man’s body if not over-rated.!
Ethics – Dr Hemanth, I found him very ethical. He holds his profession so dear in his heart with utmost respect. As a private practicer, he empathizes that cost of medical treatment can be very expensive. E.g. Before he starts the treatment, he would propose the best possible treatment and the estimated cost without prejudice.
Caregiving – this is the icing on the cake. To patience, it does not stop after hospital visits, he did call me up few times to check on my health. He had allocated some time in his busy schedule to see me (no consultation fees charged!). This put me in ease knowing well I can count on him. To Urologist communities, he is hell bent to train as many urologists in this country.
He is young, passionate and best in the field, you are lucky to have him.!
Last but not least, his smile and manner give the confidence that you are in a good hand.
I am so fortunate for being under his care. He is the best that had happened to me.
I am forever grateful to him.
Thank you Dr. Hemanth. Please continue your good work and god bless you.
