It's really fun and a good exercise,because u won't stop when others are dancing, quite motivating indeed. The instructors are energetic and great! Can't catch up at first but once u follow the music, u find it better to remember the steps and all. I love zumba more and more now! Thanks to D Joyce zumba^^
