Nice and helpful staff. But since we got first floor room, we can't sleep until 5am because an arabian bar next to this hotel was too noisy. Staff said they have complain to the bar but it's still the same.
Anyway don't forget to request higher level room to avoid the noise.

The room is clean and neat. Very strategical place for those who wanted to go to Pavillion, KLCC, Lot 10, everything is nearby. There are also small markets for you to go.
