Saya ingin megajukan aduan saya tentang pekerja Speedmart cawangan Putera Avenua yang terletak di 21, Jln Kebun Nenas 4A/KS8 , Klang. Sebagai seorang pembeli wanita yang berusia 57 tahun , saya rasa tidak keterlaluan bagi saya untuk meminta pertolongan staff Speedmart untuk mengangkat mineral water yang saya beli sebanyak 6 carton (1.5L), untuk masuk ke dalam kereta saya yang terletak betul2 di hadapan kedai. Pekerja ini merungut2 tanpa henti sambil menyuruh saya untuk membawa orang lain sekiranya ingin lagi membuat pembelian akan datang. Soalan saya disini ,.........adakah perkhidmatan seperti itu termasuk didalam sebahagian daripada tugasan pekerja tersebut? Pendapat saya tentang sikap pekerja ini , keterlaluan dan kurang ajar dengan pelanggan.

I'm purchase new SIM card at 99 speedmart and the cashier refused to do registration due to Manager not available. I paid for the sim, leave the IC and my contact number at cashier counter and communicate with the manager on duty. Advise them to do the registration to activate the sim card and give me a call to return back the IC to me. Manager and the cashier failed to do that. Very poor service. Hope you can give training to all your cashier's to do sim card registration by them self.
