Public Bank's cash deposit & ATM machine is the worst machine. My cash money (nearly RM3000) was stuck inside without being warned and I was so panicked when realised my money gone missing. My niece's ATM card also stuck inside the machine a few weeks ago. Heard that this happened quite often there. After my incident, I don't think you reserve any star until you sort out your machine that giving your customers heart attack!
