I have deal with Mr. Khow Jin Guo last year. He had giving me the wrong information of tenures remaining years. I only notice and realize the tenures when I start to apply the banking loan. I have problem in applying the bank loan because the remaining year is too short. I am not sure he was tried to cover the truth or the land lord was giving him the wrong information.
