For one of the most crowded theatres in town, it's doing not too bad at all. With two different theatre hallways, and acceptable popcorn drink service, glad to have watched here. For hot blockbusters, queue can be long and standing space is limited. So book online early if it makes sense. And the Men and Ladies rooms cab be improved. And there are food court/stores nearby while waiting for movie to start.Overall, quite pleasant.
