Bad service ever! Time to shop should be a happy time but it makes people mood down since the staff show her bad mood to customer. "Put" boxes with items inside as loud as possible(very near to customer), but how if it hurt customer accidentally ? There just a little space for customers to move because boxes are stored at the middle. So who's responsible "if" this worst situation happens? Luckily not all of the staff serve like her, if not, watsons will not be my first choice to shop anymore. Besides, told customers to change their money into smaller themselves because watson have no changes when customer pay with a big paper money(maybe 50 ringgit or 100 ringgit) . Really appreciate if these problem will be noted by watsons. Thank you.
