Had difficulty walking down the stairs after, but it was a fun and good workout! Coach - was very encouraging and challenged all of us to push on beyond our self-limiting beliefs of what we are capable of doing; quite a hottie too, (ladies (and gentlemen...), don't take my word for it, go for a free trial, see and experience it for yourselves!
