For ear nose and throat highly recommended Dr Elizabeth. Chest and GP is Dr ShirleyTan. Absolutely fine specialist.

My Doctor is good. discharge process takes forever, now 4.5 hour , still pending at pharmarcy after asking twice what is happening. No update where the process stuck. No news, and the people on the counter doesnt care. Even a doctor at the counter of 7B looks so so snobbish. ""Dont care, not my problem"" attitude!

Had my relatives surgery for kidney stones done under the Urologist Dr.Muhilan Parameswaran. Totally pain free and discharged the next day. Tq to him and his team

Admission and emergency certainly have process bottleneck...Pity the front desk lady.. tonnes of paper work and non optimised process flow that increasing waiting time. already 5 hours here and my son still pending admission..

3 weeks for a copy of Medical Report for Insurance claim purpose. What a joke and shows how inefficient it is being run.

First experience with TMC. I'ved prolapsed L2-S1. See the Dr. on 19/12 for the first checking. MRI on the following day. Admitted on 20/12 without any problem. GL arrangement is good. 5 star for Dr. Hisham Kunhimon. He is very good Dr. No any complaint for his service. But I feel sorry to say that I was a bit disapointed during my dischaged. Nurse who released the discharged doc, did'nt give clear explanation. This morning, TMC called me to take my ubat, to take discharged letter. It supposed to be settled during my discharged. Luckily, I have physiotheraphy for today session. Hope, all nurse well educate on how to handle diacharged matter. Thank you.

Terrible service . For the service of customer service and also the nurse . Can't help patient , even is in urgent no body could assist ! Will change to other hospital ! Really felt disappointed . The nurse is not suitable for doing this job .
