Built upon the world’s largest open cast tin mine in 1992 through the vision of its founder, Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew and the expertise of legendary architect, Robert Trent Jones Jr., this polished 246 acre, 18 hole work-of-art was left to mature for a year with maintenance of the highest standards.

Residing within the Mines Resort City, a sprawling 1,000 acre self-contained township, the Club is strategically located a mere 20 minutes drive away from the hustle and bustle of the nation’s capital, Kuala Lumpur. With a membership profile consisting of Royalties, Cabinet Ministers, Captains of Industries and principally the nation’s elite, a tradition of privileged exclusivity exists in the sense that membership is by invitation only.

The golf course is beautiful and in excellent condition. It's a difficult course contrary to my expectations as I thought it would be an easy resort course. The only drawback is the approach road which does not befit its premier status.
