The staff were efficient and brilliant at surprising my parents for their 25th Wedding Anniversary. Special shout-out to Mr. Israel from the Reservation Department for patiently answering all my questions via emails and giving prompt replies. I was also informed by my parents that the staff were very warm and hospitable. Kudos to the whole team for adding a personal touch to your services.

The best hotel we've been to so far! Everything here is amazing - from the room, food, ambiance, the salt pool, and of course the staff. All of the staff were so accommodating and friendly, not to mention that most of them are Filipinos. kudos to you guys! We really enjoyed our quick qetaway. We will definitely come back!

The place was just top notch! My parents and my brother loved every minute we spent there. From the moment we checked in till the we leave the property, the service level was exceptional. Very tranquil, very peaceful, a great place for a weekend getaway.
