Very poor service rendered by the remiser namely as Toh Renee from TA securities (Subang Jaya Branch). Very rude conversation with client. Always chasing client faster whenever call her. She said busy and also not reluctant to answer client call. Otherwise will put down the phone and go to answer another call. Whenever send message through WhatsApp, very slow reply or didn't reply.. Here I hope your management will take my complaint seriously. and train the remiser conversation skill and how to converse politely with client .
