Ferry experience for the first time. I saved a lot of time traveling from Langkawi to Penang. Which otherwise would have taken around 3-4 hours to take a ferry from Langkawi to Kuala perlis and a bus from there to Penang. I straight away took the ferry to Penang which only took 2:45hrs.
But, I expected a little better atmosphere. Its too congested and its understandable.
For the first time departure time has be dragged from 10.30 to 11.30 without any notice. We had wait up to 1 hours. Most of the passenger are old man. But because of the good service before are very good I'll give 4 star
