Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre (Klang)

Many people advice me to choose another private hospital due to the worse service of sri kota. I do not know about another level, but service at level 4 for paediatric ward is good. Nurses treat us well, gentle with the kids and give us quick response upon call. My son was treated by Dr David since he was 1yo. I really like the way Dr David treat my son and explains to us about our child problem. He knows well how to handle the kids. Food is acceptable, but better if they can improve. Their single room is clean, safe for the kids and comfortable. Overall is good.

A big thank you to the hospital administration team, doctors and nurses for helping us through a difficult time. They've been extremely helpful and understanding towards patient's needs as well as the patient's family. Matron Wong, the chief nurse, in particular is a lovely and empathetic lady.
