SHL Confinement Cares specialized in providing various Confinement Services and Postnatal Products to mothers during and after confinement. After child birth, a new mother's body needs time & energy to return to the pre-pregnancy state. This recovery time is called the confinement period. During confinement, a new mother is taking rest and relax at home enjoying time together with her new born baby.

Our main aim “The right nutrition towards better health and happiness” pays emphasis on the food and beverage (F&B) management after child birth. Our kitchen provides variety of dishes, nutritious soups appetizing & eating healthily. We deliver our Confinement Meals to your door step, it is so convenient.  

Meantime, our dedicated and experienced Confinement Lady helps and supports new mother throughout the confinement period or even after, making the whole confinement duration a pleasant, memorable and wonderful experience ! 

 Our Postnatal Slimming service, the Massage Therapist helps new mother to restore the body, rejuvenate the skin and regain energy while excessive water retention & wind in the body can be reduced and expelled easily.
